Advantage Capital ripoff business from hell Carson City Nevada

My name is Neal. In Janurary of 2002 Advantage Capital contacted me. I had been trying to get a credit card and concluded that my only route was to get a secured card. I agreed to their terms which were they would send me the credit card and a welcome packet with a $1500 credit limit. If I didn't like it I could cancell in seven (7) days BEFORE the money was taken out of my account. When the packet arrived, I was very upset to not see a credit card, but a lot of offers saying "buy this and you'll get a higher credit limit", and "buy this to get your card sent right away." On the fifth (5th) day, I called Advantage Capital and told them that I wanted to cancell. The rep that I talked to said that was not a problem and she would note my account before I was charged. Two (2) days later I see a ACH withdrawl coming from my account made by Advantage Capital. I called them back and told them about my conversation on the previous date. They said there was no record of me ever calling. They told me to send back there information packet so I did. Then they said it would be thirty (30) business days before I could get a refund. That made me a little mad, but it that was what I had to do to get my $160 back, then I had no choice. Now, here it is the first of july, and I still haven't see my $160.
