Advantage Capital ripoff took my money & can't get it back ripoff business from hell Carson city Nevada

on march 26th i noticed that $99.95 plus $59.95 had been deducted from my checking account. called the bank to see who took the money and all they had was a phone number. so i called the number asked how they were able to take money from my account when i had not ordered their product. the lady didn't know how that happened and said i would get my money back in 30 days. no matter what i did she said it would be impossible to get it sooner. at the end of 30 days i called to find out where my money was. was told then to return the packet and 7 days after recieving that i would recieve my money. they recieved the packet on the 1st of may. on the 10th i called to see where my money was. this time i was told that they would have to review my tape and that would take about 3 days and then they would get in touch with me on returning my refund. today may 20th i called to find out about my refund and today i was informed that everyone that i have talked to in the past have given me the wrong information and he has no idea when i will be recieving my money. so here i am writing this letter to see whether or not i can get some help getting my money back from this company. thanks, helen helen aurora, Colorado
