On May 19, 2012 I went to Advantage Nissan to look at replacing my vehicle which was totalled.  Salesman Malvin had asked for deposit $100 which was just to hold the car.  The charge went through although it was a hold.  I had decided to wait until 2013 came out and had asked for refund.

Ripoff Report User,

My name is ToniAnne and I handle the customer service here at Advantage Nissan.  I am very upset
about your recent visit to our dealership and I apologize for the lack of proper communication from our staff.  I would like to personally look into this situation and see what I can do to make
