Advantage Plus Mastercard credit card totally rips off your bank account Las Vegas Nevada

In August, I was contacted by a company representing themselves as Advantage Plus Mastercard. They promised me a credit card with a $1500 credit limit, guaranteed to be here within 25 days, and they credited my bank account in the amount of $339.15 for this card. I have made call after call after call and get the run around. I finally got a package from them well over a month after they credited my account. All the package contained was a bunch of useless flyers and a application for a card. I called them at that point, and told them they were totally misrepresenting themselves and I wanted my money back.

She told me I couldnt have it back, that I would need to send in that application, and from the time they got that back, it would be yet another 25 days and I would recieve my card. I faxed it back that same day, October 12, 2004. Again, I have made many calls to them asking where my card is, and each time they say it will be up to 25 days for me to recieve my card. To this date, I have recieved nothing and it has been 44 days, ( 30 actual business days not counting weekends and holidays). I went to my bank today to see what I could do in getting my money refunded with fraud. Their in bank policy had a 60 day limit to recoup my money due to fraud. They gave me a 800 number to contact, which I did, and I explained everything to them. We at this point were going to wait one more week to see if it was fraud, or if I was just getting the run around.

I got on the internet and started doing some checking, and that is where I found this site, and alot of reports from others on the taking of their money, yet not producing a card. I want others to be protected from Advantage Plus and their total ripoffs, and would also like to try and get help in getting my money back.
