First of July a man named James Carter called and said, I am from Premium Advantage to offer you a guaranteed low interest charge card from Master Card and would you be interested? I said sure. He said I will start the recording of our conversation for future references if needed and here is confirmation # 792I240N. David you having excellent credit and you are being offered this one time offer for so. There will not be a processing fee as many companies require but there will be a fee of $299.00 for our cost.

You will be debited this from your account today and will receive your card in the mail within 7 working days. He asked me what my account number was. I said, wait minute, what is the name of your company and your phone number. He replied Premium Advantage and the number is 1-888-863-9661.

I said excuse me and put him on hold. I called this number a lady answer and said' Hi Advantage Premium Customer service may I help you. I said I just called your number to see if you were actually for real or a scam. he said I ensure you will receive your card David and I am a family man and I would not be in a business such as, I promise you.... I gave him my account number. He was real polite and very friendly man......... He said, to an addition to you receiving the card you be offered a 30 day trial voice mail membership and that your account will be billed $9.95 if you do not cancel.

Plus you will receive a Free trial Road side membership for $14.95 and must be canceled within 30 days or your account will be billed... I said enough James I need to return back to work. He replied you will receive a package in the mail from Fed X within a week of you receiving your new Master Card. He said in order to complete this transaction I must pass you to my supervisor. I said Ok, a man came on the phone and said we were being recording for records, do you understand, I said yes. He asked me my name, I replied.

I thought strange I never said anything. He started the recording over and same question.... He replied. Thank-you and you will be receiving your card seven working days after your account has been debited and will receive your package in the mail regarding information on Voice Mail and Road side hazard insurance.

Few weeks passes. I called there company number. This time the message said customer service and we will answer the calls in order. Few minutes later a lady came on the phone asked me my phone number. I gave it to here and she said Hi Mr feuerbach may I help. I asked her when I will be receiving my new master card. She replied you will receive your package from fed x and a application for charge card will be included. I said what? you are telling me there is no guaranteed card what a scam. I said I want to talk with Carter now please. She said I will give him a message.

I said can I listen to the recorded message? she said yes and please wait. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected. I called back and she asked me why I hung up? I said I didn't. she replied here is your message. I listened there was no recording of Carters and my conversation and the second recording said You will also be sent an application credit along with voice mail with cost and road side hazard.

I called customer service for voice mail 1-800-367-8006. Recording picked up and said Aloho Catering service. I hung up the phone and thought great.

I called Advantage premium and insisted I talked with Carter. She replied I leave him a message. I said lady you have no idea, but I assure you, I will do everything possible to have you and your company prosecuted for what you are doing....

Ten days passed, I called Premium Advantage and asked to speak with Carter. she replied I will give him the message. I asked when will I receive my package. She replied it will be Fed X August 2 or 3. I said ok.

August 10, 2004 I called Premium Advantage. After several minutes a man came on the phone. I asked were is my package? he replied it will be sent today or tomorrow. I said yesterday I filed a compliant with Iowa's Attorney Generals office, and I am a very busy man and you guys are on the top of the list of priorities. He replied fine, will just play the tape to him, you agreed. I said, listen sir.

There was no conversation recorded between Carter's conversation that toke almost 35 minutes, but the second recording was stopped and started over again, perhaps this is your technique for re editing to your advantage....... I said I demand my money know. He replied you must send a letter requesting a refund... pause in our conversation, I said I have no address to file for refund, I said I make sure you and all involved with be prosecuted. pause in our conversation then he gave me the address which is posted above.

I called the number for voice mail set up. The recording asked for original 10 digit number, I thought no way, so I entered 1234567891. It took me through setup and finally the recording asked me if I needed help. I said yes. The recording played call customer service at 1-800-367-8006 or visit us at www.4UMservice.com. I thought wow same number as Aloho Catering Service.

I called the number again and a receive a different recording. Customer Service a representative will be with you shortly. A man came to phone I asked him the name of his company. He replied. Voice Express. I said do you know the company named Premium Advantage. He replied yes they are a marketing company we used as several others. I asked him are you guys aware how you receive me? he asked, what do you mean? I gave him a short description of how I was scammed and I am very upset, I report that company to attorney generals office. I said I want to cancel any further transaction between know. He checked his records and seen my account was debited yesterday and I will give you a credit today. I said thank you, I also mention if you guys are together on this scam to bad, but if you are not this company Advantage Premium is going to do your company any justice, can you relate sir? he replied and said thank-you and I will pass this information down.

I went to internet to see if Advantage Premium has web site. No luck but my search engine found this web site I write this compliant with... Wow I was so sad to see so many people scammed.... I have always thought to be above the average jo, not meaning to sound arrogant, but these guys are good... very good and they need to be stopped................
