Segments of this company have a culture of lying to its major clients and abusing employees in my experience. Misreporting is rampant, encouraged and in some cases ordered.

Supervisors who engage in this type of deception are rewarded and protected it seems. Employees who choose not to go along are met with relentless hostility. Beware! These are not nice people!

My advice to both employees and clients is go elsewhere. The majority of companies out there uphold client standards and value honesty in reporting above all else. Advantage Sales and Marketing is not among in my experience.

Reporting inaccurately was part of my training and it only got much worse from there.
