The CPA we hired to do our taxes failed to file them after filling them out (3 times) and we were advised we were in jeopardy with the IRS. After dealing with the firm of Roni Lynn Deutch in California who did nothing, we hired Advantage Tax Resolution, Inc. to handle this for us. We complied with all their requests, as we had with the Deutch firm,  and stayed in contact with them for about 4 months, then they stopped talking with us. We left messages many times with a call taker and they never called us back. They would not tell us anything. We contacted IRS and they had received a POA from the firm but nothing else. IRS depleted our bank accounts, took money from out social security checks, and have placed a lein on our home. We have paid out almost $19,000.00 to these firms to help us and neither have done anything.  We would have been better off to have dealt with IRS ourselves.  These firms need to be stopped now, and they need to refund the money off all they have taken advantage of. We are retired and have limited income and cannot afford to be in this serious situation with the IRS. We honestly believed they could help us. Boy, were we wrong.

Advantage Tax - Owner Found!!!

AUTHOR: GladToBe - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, June 27, 2010

Advantage Tax Resolution, Inc. is owned solely by California attorney Francisco Nogales, State Bar #212819.

If you have an issue that you are unable to resolve by calling the company, you can file a STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA complaint which will threaten his license to practice law. Most people fail to properly fill out the complaint, and they fail to read the instructions. Don't forget #7!!! Here is the link.
