Oh my gosh! My recommendation is to use another management company for your rental. Craig Everett is the most ignorant and unprofessional property manager I have ever encountered. God forbid you experience any issues with your stay, but if you do forget about him addressing them or even replying. He will not refund your money REGARDLESS of your situation. Working with them you have no rights. Just know this before working with them! Basically what he is doing is illegal. From an attorney he is inducing people to make a purchase by misrepresenting the rental properties online. You will not receive the services or product he advertises. Take my advice and save yourself the trouble. There are plenty of other wonderful property managers in San Diego. They do not get any worse than Advent Property Management.
