I scheduled a ballon ride for me and my husbands anniversary with skyride. When we called the vendor they used for the ballon ride they would not take us. They informed us that skyride did not pay them for our ride, but skyride had billed us and collected months earlier. I have tried to contact them with no luck. They will answer your call to book a trip and take your money but you can't talk to anyone about issues
