Terrible customer service. You'd better hope everything goes just right with your order or you're going to be in for a real adventure! 20% cancellation fee, restocking fee, must use UPS or Fedex for returns. No phone help to speak of and if you do talk to someone, it is almost certain that they won't help you. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my money back!
