Qitel Communications the company told me I would receive information in the mail & that never happened I have been charged for services I have not used Rip-off Plano Texas

qitel did not send info to me that was supose to be sent within 2 wks. i have been charged for services i did not get to use and when i called qitel they played the recorded message where i agreed to try there service but at the end of the conversation where i was asking and confirming what i was agreeing to was cut off i asked to here the rest of the conversation and was told the telemarketers only have a certain amount of time on the phone that i could not here the rest of the conversation!!!!

so as it stands i have to pay for this service that i received no information on!!! at this time, so they say, they have cancelled this voicemail from my telephone.i was told to send a letter of dipute to qitel explaining why i should not have to pay this bill!! this is not right!
