Like many others here, we received an invoice for $499 and did not pay it as it looked fishy. After looking on the USPS website, I decided it did qualify for mail fraud and contacted my local postal inspector. She said that they would really like to have the letter, so my mail carrier is going to take it to her.

I would suggest anyone else that gets one of these to contact their local postal inspector also.
