In May 2006 I purchased 8 Power Pump Vending Machines from the Energy Company and Patrick Wherley. The total price for the machines and the power cells/energy balls, the product used in the vending machines, was $18,000.00
After paying for the Franchise, 5 months passed before I recieved all 8 vending machines and the power cells to use in them.
When I paid for the machines Patrick Wherley told me he would help to get the Francise "up and running." Which he did NOT.
Before he recieved my money he was my best friend. After collecting the money he forgot about me and moved onto his next victim!
I left many messages on his phone asking for help yet the return calls were few and far between turning into none of my calls were returned.
Anyone considering doing business with Patrick Wherley should read the other reports on Ripoff Report .com Stay away from anything associated with Patrick Wherley.

I am , Patrick Wherley, the President of The Energy Company, Inc. I have checked our records and do not find a route owner from this area. I have heard that one of our competitors was going to start an organized campaign against our company by placing some anonymous complaint postings, since this post is essentially anonymous, it is probably from that competitor.
