AdzZoo Guaranteed my results. Did not perform according to promise. Refusal to refund as promised. McDonough, Georgia

While AdzZoo has a written guarantee of what they will do, they do not have a stipulation for lack of results. Their sales rep repeatedly made promises to me on the phone and in person of guaranteed results and satisfaction or I would receive a full refund if I was not satisfied after 6 months. My signing up was conditional on this promise and the entire campaign resulted in not one call, e mail or sale. I paid for results and received none. In addition, it took several weeks to get the landing page properly set up and with evidence of Facebook presence. No one I spoke to ever saw my ad on Facebook and this included hundreds of friends.

AdzZoo has not tried to negotiate or make an offer of any kind to resolve this problem and refused my request for a refund of $2,729.61.
