Service personal was unprofessional. We were charged $ 98.00 for service call. we where not contacted by the tech before showing up, two month we have contacted Lowes for the same problem( we purchased BOSH dishwashing machine in Lowe'sand it was under the warranty . Dishwashing machine wasn't turning on), then tech shows up without calling 1st, he told us the number was wrong. And of having a wrong number on file its a normal practice ! how nice, not even to have correct information of the customer. we where not informed there will be a charge for the service call, from our understanding it was covered under warranty. For almost two month we had to go to Lowe's and personal in the store were giving us really hard time. There was no clear explanation or communication with us as a customer. And we didn't know that low's subcontracting a A&E factory Services. And to deal with this company and technician Christopher C iD # 054225 was another experience on its own. As we told, he showed up without a phone call. Had wrong information on his file ( wrong phone number ). The problem with dishwashing machine was just a switch. It took for him only 2 seconds to figure it out. And after that he said : you have to pay $ 98.00. When I was trying to get any explanations from him about this charge he didn't want to give me any appropriate answer. Refused to give me his last name, the name of supervisor or manager. Didn't want to provide a local phone number. Only provided 1-800 number. Was acting just like a angry bill collector. When he got his money -he just left. I have called to the 1-800 number and 4 times they put me on hold and last time it was for the good 45 minutes. And cut me off after that. i wasn't able to talk with anybody. This compony is a pure RIP OFF ! after having all the problem with Lowe's of not getting appointment and driving back and forward we got a very bad experience with A&E Factory Services and we had to pay & 98.00 on top of it for all this "nice " time !
