I ordered an AC laptop adapter from:

They claimed that it was compatable with my computer model. It was not. I tried to get an RMA # to return. Of course they expect me to pay for ALL shipping now (shipping is not refundable) plus a 10% restocking fee.
Since the link to communicate with their customer service does not work

and there is no phone number to contact, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and recieve full credit.
