AEP Bulldog ripoff tactics bad policies rude CSR's constantly butting heads dishonest liars Columbus Ohio

I hate AEP so much. Over the years i have butted heads with the rude CRS's and supervisors within that GD company. They have shut me off after doublepaying a bill in the past. No amount of arguing or reciept showing helped here. But today they have screwed us again.

I have a son who must recieve breathing treatments twice a day or else face a trip to the ER....a fact that AEP is WELL AWARE of.

They shut us off today without any warning whatsoever. I had called them asking for an extention cause of low funds due to our crap economy, (gas prices, food, cost of living poorly) and they agreed. They did not hold their word however and shut us off before i could pay it and was due. EVEN though i asked for an extention and was granted it. WTF?

I called them all day long after i had to go take out a payday loan to pay this crap. They said we would be the first/next stop to be reconnected.... all day..... I reminded them many times of the health issue with my son. Each and every phone call was full of lies like, we are on our way, were showing you didnt pay your bill, our policies say we dont have to be at your house until e make it there....WTF?

Finally i called the Aholes one last time to work it out. I stated my case and was told sorry. I pushed it a bit and was told by a CSR "if you would pay your bills you wouldnt have this problem." (timeout...im poor, i work third shift for 6 bucks an hour and can barely pay for gas for my car, i cant even afford good cable or internet, my boys meds are very expensive)Seems to me that im a minority because im poor...at least according to the CSR...im a bad person cause i can barley afford to LIVE!!!!!!

After fighting with that CSR and when she started to get rude i asked for a supervisor. The supervisor was even worse...she made me so mad i told the b***h i would hook it back up myself if he isnt here in 1 hour (after waiting all day and my son missing his treatment)She stated that my arse would end up in jail if i tried it. I asked her what do you all expect when i have a slight emergency here? (son cannot take meds...no power) She said thats not her problem...WTF?????????

Merciless, Cold hearted, poorly trained in the CSR field.....intrested only in my money.

At this point i lost it and threatened to kill all the bastages at AEP and hung up. I have been handed alot of crap in my life so my anger is very hard for me to control once pushed like this. Sorry.

Anyway after i hung up about 1/2 hour later i hear car doors slam outside and look out the window. ITS A POLICE MAN ESCORTING THE AEP EMPLOYEE TO MY BOX!!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Not only are AEP money hungry and cruel, but they are also pu53ys who hide behind policy, BAD LAWS and police men. This reminds me of a neighbor who destroys my property and refuses to pay and smarts off....once ya threaten to whoop their arses they call the police and I WIN, cause they were in the wrong in the first place. I know they had the right to ask for police escort after what i said BUT no amount of this BS will hide the fact that they are a bad company.

I am SO sick of being shat on by these big corp money men. I am at my wits end here. I cannot promise i will not end up in prison or dead if anyone pulls this crap again.

You honor your word with me or else you will suffer and i will suffer and it will be a big nasty mess no one wants to see.
