I have been with Aetna Company . for 3 years now. I work foraccounting team.And i am here to brief and interview you more about the opening position.Are you set for the job Briefing and interview ?

interview_ross: Our company is mainly into Health Care and now going into Data Entry Clerk,Payroll, Accounting work from home job to create employment opportunity for the less privilege, disables and mainly to decrease the rate of unemployment in the economy..

interview_ross: We are currently looking for a worker to work from home as a AccountingClerk working hours are flexible.you will be getting a one week training from your training supervisor online she be training you on howto use the software programs you will need to work as a Payroll/ Data Entry Clerk.

Me: Ok, I have less experience in payroll, but will the training most probably cover this?

interview_ross: Yes.

Me:Ok and on Craig's List it says the pay rate is $17/hr, however the e-mail that I received from Ms. Weston says $25. Which is correct? And what are the stipulations for payment? I

Me: Meaning, how will you know how many hours I am working?

interview_ross:This is strictly online and work from home job where everything is been done online remotely and you can work in the office if you want and you can as-well work from anywhere of your choice or anytime you want/ any time that does suit you.The working hours are flexible.

interview_ross:The pay rate is $25 per hour training is $20 per hour and you will get payment every Friday via direct deposit or pay check Working Part Time is 20 hours and Full Time is 40 hours weekly.

That is the pay rate.

Me: Ok, I am definitely interested in the part time position then

interview_ross: Ok.Benefits: Health, Dental, Life and AD&D Insurance, Employee Wellness and 401k plans.Paid Time Off and Holidays with Generous Company Discounts

Working hours are between 8am to 4pm cst,the working hours are flexible you can as-well choice the hours that will suits you.All activities and corresponding time are to be recorded in excel spreadsheet that will be coming along with your working materials.

Me: Ok, this sounds really good. So what's next on the agenda? What else do you need from me?

interview_ross: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Tracks data and source documents.Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.Compiles, sorts and verifies data for accuracy.Contacts responsible parties to resolve moderately complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.Compares data entered with source documents identifying errors and subsequently correcting any errors.Files or routes source documents after entry.Responds to inquires regarding entered data.Maintains daily count of work processed.

May create periodic reports for management.Performs routine maintenance on machinery used.Preparation of Balance sheets (Mini), account balancing, invoicing recording,proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting database all these will be done through the use of the Accounting Software.The Supervisor, who would be attached to you online, He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and the Accounting software. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.

You will undergo a one week training from your training supervisor,he will training you on how to work with the programs accurate and other Data entry works you will need to get done.Your training is going to be done online through your Pcand Phone.

Me: Ok. Sounds good. One question. I understand the pay scale now but just to make sure, there is no stipulation regarding how much work is being processed and that is how much you get paid? I know you've answered this but just making sure?

I fell into the same conversation, but instead of going to the site and checking out the company, I went to google and searched to see if they were a scam (which I already figured that they were, I just wanted confirmation.. $25/hour would be great and SOME work-at-home jobs are not scams, however most of them are.) and I saw this posting. I had began the same exact conversation with the person "Sam Wings" and the first paragraph was precisely the same. Punctuation errors and all, so I brought this to his attention and he tried to save himself and deny that this was a scam!! He was caught!

So, I sent the identical paragraph to him and his response was that he had interviewed with her. I said that the screen name for "Ms. Brenda Ross" was different, so it wasn't HIM interviewing HER.
Then he said that "Ms. Brenda Ross" had said she was in love with him and that he had to report all of this. I told him to get a real job and then blocked him.
I really appreciate this posting. It is amusing that they are so unoriginal that they copy and paste conversation (errors and all) knowing full well that there are scam report sites and some people might have posted the conversation on one of them?

I suppose they don't expect people to check out any site other than theirs before getting scammed out of the money for the software.
