Affectiva, Paula David Manipulative, Dishonest, Poor Business Practices Waltham Massachusetts

Warning. If you're ever considering doing business with Affectiva, in Waltham MA, do not. The company, specifically a woman named Paula David, is the most dishonest woman you'll ever cross paths with. After providing multiple years of service to this company, they abruptly caught us off guard by suggesting they had decided to change vendors. Certainly that's within their right to do so but... In business, we have this small thing called contracts. In an attempt to get around that, Paula David will pretend that she wants to continue doing business with you, suggest that you and she catch up for strategic conversations and then she will fade away and never return any of your emails. This is exactly what happend. Fortunately when we pressed her, she asked for a copy of our contract and we provided one. We then requested that she provide a copy of her written termination which our contract calls for. She could not provide the written proof. She continues to dodge the issue and is extremely disrespectful and dishonest. If Affectiva owes you any money, I highly suggest you collect it as soon as possible. They will do everything they possibly can to avoid having to pay. I have never dealt with such sneaky, manipulative, dishonest people. Service providers beware.
