Don't be fooled when signing a contract with a gym, health club or personal training provider. Even when paying in full up front. Even after fulfilling your financial and legal obligation(s) per the contract/agreement there can and probably will be fine print.
Although I do not believe Body of Change ( a personal training provider) acted in contempt toward me and may have been duped by Affiliated Acceptance Corp/Profinserv as well, I do hold them responsible for placing me in the position I am in. Let me explain...
I signed a contract with Body of change for 40 sessions . I agreed to pay the full amount over 3 months, making my first payment that day and post-dating 2 other checks for the following 2 months. Imagine my surprise when I recieved my second and third payment checks returned to me in the mail without any attempt to deposit or cash them. The explaination was that all payments need to be made to Affiliated Acceptance Corporation (AAC)and the checks were written to Body of Change. OF COURSE they were written to Body of Change...they were the company I was contracted with( so I believed).
Long, long story short..three months of harrassment, attempted account drafting fees,late fees ( both of which I instructed my bank not to pay), many , many heated phone calls later ,having to explain the situation over and over until my eyes bled ...I have gotten nowhere but frustrated. I am even being sympathized with by Body of Change who can't seem to get AAC to make a contract acception on my behalf either.
Body of Change ;as I understand via an employee of the company ,is attempting to end their contract with AAC...and as should have been expected is pointing out the "FINE PRINT" in their contract with AAC as well. I hope they have more luck than I.
DON'T SIGN a Contract with any company until you are certain that they don't work with or through Affiliated Acceptance Corporation , ProFinServ, or their affiliates. Trust me on this one.

I encountered this company when signing a contract for my son's martial arts training. I have had nothing but good relations with them and they were always very professional and helpful.
They informed me when my contract was completed in writing and told me they would no longer be drafting my account.
I was extremely pleased with this company.
