Affiliated Acceptance Corporation Had a 12 Week guarantee written on the bottom of the contract and they have been taking money from my account since January of 2010. Internet

I enrolled in a 12 Week program with Fitzone (a.k.a. Affiliated Acceptance Corporation) and at the end of the 12 week program they continued to take $39.00 from my personal account, which has been going on since January of 2010. I have called several times to clear this matter and as of date, I have not received any help from this company. On the bottom of my contract it clearly states in bold letters and with a *in front of the wording, says: *12 week guarantee. I have been going through some personal tragedies and have also lost my job. They have been calling my phone everyday wanting their money that they claim I have a longer contract with them, to collect monies that I do not owe them. Actually, they owe me $39.00 a month since January of this year (2010). I have also tried to cancel my membership with them since effective Oct 12-15, the contract re-news. I have contacted this company and their customer service is not helpful at all. Very difficult to talk to and offered me no help or resolution to this problem. If there is any help you can offer me I would be most greatful. Thanking you in advance.
