May 1, 2008, Sual Villanueva called our company to staff 200 bilingual customer service reps for T-Mobile. We met and signed the contract on that day. Unfortunately, the potential employees we sent were not able to speak proper Spanish except three. Well, we kept a log of the employees and our charge was only $100.00 per job placement, which is extremely cheap.
After sending the $300 invoice, we can't get paid. I have called, emailed, and even gotten in touch with the corportate office in Dallas, Texas who tells me they can't pay until it is approved. Well, they can't get in touch with him either. He doesn't answer his emails or the numbers they have on file for him. I know that we weren't the only staffing agency who was helping to staff for the customer service position but I know we haven't gotten paid anything and keep getting the runaround.
