I had a very poor experience doing business with Affinity Mortgage and Dan Fullmer. He was very deceptive in his business practices. I would be very careful doing business with him. He took our product and used it and then without warning tried to charge back on his credit card over $6,000. Keep in mind this is after he used the product and it could not be returned. This is probably a reoccuring issue and a bait and switch tactic. I wonder how he treats his mortgage clients and how he could be a licensed financial person? Please be careful with Dan Fullmer and Affinity Mortgage. Please feel free to contact me with any questions BEFORE doing business with him and I can fill you in on how he works. This will save you a lot of time and headache. He has other bad reviews on Google+ and yelp

If Pioneer was honest they would be able to show us that USPS provides a form for all bulk mailings.  This is how they bill for postage http://about.usps.com/forms/ps3602r.pdf

It is given out to all who do bulk mailing, again if you were right my credit card would not have asked for the money back.  Call the post office or another group that does mailings, you will see the 3602 form is given every time.

You can rebuttal this all you want, and have the last word, that is fine with me.  But you are wrong as you found out.

Affinity Mortgage Dan Fullmer lies continue. He used our product, admitted that he used it, then he tried to charge back $6,997. He lost the charge back back because we had all the proof we did exactly what we said we would do for him. He even submitted in false docs to the credit card company. There is no USPS tracking form for bulk mail and we provided him 2 receipts showing the mailers went out. He even admitted people called him from the mailers.

I found the below Google+ review about his company so I'm not the only one he has been deceptive with. Beware

A Google User reviewed Overall Poor to fair THESE PEOPLE WILL RUN YOU AROUND--GET YOU THINKING YOU WILL GET REFINANCED AND BOOM ALL THE SUDDEN THEY'LL SAY OH-WE ARE RETARDED--WE CAN'T HELP YOU...I DONT TRUST THEM WITH MY INFORMATION...THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL---DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING-LOST PAPERWORK SEVERAL TIMES---DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND THEY WONT CALL YOU BACK AFTER YOU LEAVE IMPORTANT MESSAGES.... STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE-THEY ARE RIPOFFS.... THEY WILL LIE TO YOU---USE THEM ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF...

We had a contract with Pioneer to deliver 9,904 consumer direct mailing pieces, we have used multiple vendors and we are always testing to find new ways of doing things.  We consistently are over 1% in our response rate, with Pioneer we mailed 9,904 units.  We received a total of 17 calls, 17 / 9904  =  .17%  response rate.   That is 7 times worse than we average with many different vendors.  Feel free to reach out to me and I will provide anything you need to make your decision.  I have asked for them to refund part of my money, nothing so far.  I do not expect them to be as good as some of the responses we have received (over 2%), but I do expect them to be over .75%. 

In summary it cost me $6,997 to receive 17 calls.  They will not provide a receipt that show they sent all of the pieces in the mail, they do not seem to be on the up and up.  Might be a new area of their business, but they do not know what they are doing or they are thieves. 

It is funny that I asked for them to provide proof that they sent the mailing out, the form is a 3602 form from the USPS.  They cannot provide it, I told them if they would provide the form showing they sent it all in the mail then I would be fine with the results.  They will not provide it, as they are shady and did not send all of the marketing pieces that I paid for.  I am sorry that you have had to read this, but we have tons of clients that use our mortgage services monthly and many of those are return clients. 

Pioneer Information & Marketing Inc is not a good group of people, they try to hurt our reputation, because my credit card company made them give the money back.  Please avoid them!  If I was wrong my credit card would have made me pay for the service.  There was an investigation done and Pioneer Information & Marketing Inc lost.  Now this is how they try to retaliate.  We are not in grade school, provide good service and do what you say you will do.

Our company is not perfect, but in this case we did all that we could to let them prove they did their  job.
