 We purchased full cover insurance for our new truck, being a customer for over 3 years, then our truck gets hit while parked on the street. there was witnesses and got the plate number that hit our truck. we called the insurance company to report the accident. it took them almost 3 weeks to come and get the truck which was disabled from the hit and run, then after arguing with our adjuster they finally gave us a rental that we had coming with our full cover insuarance.

Then we finally got the estimate for our truck, which our insuarance policy states that we are only responsible for a 500 deductable, well they charged us more and affirmative insurance didnt submit the proper amount to the body shop that was going to fix the truck, then to top things off the insurance company cancelled our rental car, even though our truck has not been fixed. i leave message after message to my adjustor , his supervisor, the supervisor supervisor, and email them for 5 straightt working days and they never call back. im so mad and frustarted , dnt know wat to do.
