david musk promissed me he would be able to get a loan for me,so i filled out mountains of paperwork sent in orignal copies of forms ect. and waited a year i had it aranged that the shop owner of the company i was going to buy would give me the down payment even. i waited and waited to no avail so the shop owner of the shop i was going to buy sold it to someone else. then i found another shop this time i called dave and only asked for him to call the company and verify the fact that i ha dbeen attempting to purchase a shop as i was planning to lease for a year untill i was able to get my credit score perfect for the larger loan amount needed .

well david musk says i can get you that loan ill get a proposal together and send it over to them. he never did! now they wont lease to me thinking im lying all i wanted him to do is contact them and he didnt even do that he is a lyer

so now that i dont have a shop to opperate out of im out of buisiness and i had a good one too. since ive been trying to contact anyone in thier their office to get my tax forms back with no response cowards they are!!! so i plan to go to their office directly or his home to retrieve my paperwork. dont believe what he says he cannot be trusted!!

I checked this guy out and he is legit and very real.
Dave Musk owns a commercial company Pavilion Commercial Group, LLC and Ron Penzkowski owns a residential company called Pavilion Capital Group,LLC. They are two separate Limited Liability Corporations. Dave does mainly commercial lending projects over $10 Million and Ron does residential.

You can easily check at the State Capital and see each separate company or contact either company direct for a copy of their stamped articles of incorporation. Each corporation is licensed at a separate address. Pavilion always worked in all 50 states with federally chartered banking relationship,so do not require individual licenses since the bank does their own due diligence each year per law.

Dave Musk of Pavilion Commercial Group,LLC was the victim of identity theft by another person who had his same exact name. The lender Dave Musk has never had a criminal record and that is how he is still in business since this happened in 2002. Only confused or maybe jealous people or people who Dave did not please for whatever reason, his or theirs, who want to cause trouble are spreading incorrect information on the net. I checked this guy out and he is legit and very real. You can do the same yourself. I have closed some big commercial transactions with Dave and have more in process. Ted

actionable in a court of law and you could go to jail.

Johnny,

You really need to get a life. Have you ever heard of "malicious defamation" of character. It is actionable in a court of law and you could go to jail.

Be very careful what your next move might be. Is it really worth it? I have no skeletons in my closet..so bring it on...lets get the Feds involved to talk about your cash business and how much money you own the IRS!

Remember I have money and a fully functioning brain. Do you really underestimate what I can do legally if you do not "cease and desist" this bull?

You simply applied for a loan and got turned down. Be a man.....Egads just move on,dude!

I have no time for kid games. I paid my dues in life and worked hard to get where I am in life!

Step up and make your own.

Leave me alone!

Dave

Johnny the upset mechanic with bad credit and no memory

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 14, 2008

I am the commercial loan officer working on this file.

I am very surprised by this post. I think this client is confused. I had been trying to help this client.

I do not understand how Pavilion caused his business to fail. We are over 400 miles away and the client just applied to Pavilion for a loan. We never met the client face to face. We never issued a written approval nor told him that is file was a solid case at any time!

We never collected any money from Johnny,so all it cost him was some time! The client told me he was making six fugures a year working out of his home garage and wanted to expand and double his money and maybe hire another mechanic. If he was making that much money, how did his business fail?

I just got back from a vacation and noticed that Johnny was calling my direct private line, instead of the main switchboard to be transferred to someone handling my business.

When Johnny contacted Pavilion about the potential purchase of a commercial garage a few months ago that he could operate his mechanic's business, his credit scores where under the guidelines but he said he had a cash downpayment of 20% required. There also were more stated income products available at lower credit scores. With the current mortgage market, many of these programs ahve been going away in 2007 and the program that I was trying to put Johnny into was discontinued by my Wall Street investment bank.

I had told Johnny how to try to repair his credit and kept the file open to re-score his credit in 60 days. Maybe his scored would get better. He then put an offer on a property. I told him that is putting the cart before the horse! Then he switched to another commercial property, because he felt uncomfortable with the first seller!

This that took another few weeks for Johnny to negotiate with the other seller. I kept telling Johnny not to write offers and he was ahead of the plan. I also kept asking for his income and cash proof. All Johhny sent back were the signed loan re-disclosures. I needed more information to help him! Johnny seemed very confused to me.

When his bank statements and taxes finally did arrived,I then found out he was working for cash out of his garage, did not file taxes on that income,(which is against the law),never had the downpayment and his credit scores went further down. We were mislead by the client.

Well what elsecan I do? I officially turned his file down in writing and I had mailed his paperwork back once, but I will mail the copies I kept in the file back to him again using certified mail to his home address this time.

This issue has been resolved by Federal RESPA lending laws and we wish Johnny the best of luck in the future. Pavilion had anything to do with his business failure and we are sorry he is upset and blaming Pavilion for his own poor business practices.

Thank you and be well,

David L. Musk
