Affordable Cars 4U, Gerald Quaranta Sells defective vehicles knowingly! Boardman, Ohio

I bought my 17yr old daughter a vehicle from this crook that developed an oil leak 30min. after purchasing. The moment I arrived home I called back alerting him as to what took place. He arranged for "his mechanic" to make the repairs at a $300 fee, as it turned out the repair was a scam patch job that lasted less than a week. He dodged my calls for nearly 2wks pretending to be on vacation until my credit card company became involved and withdrew enough money ($1,200) to make the right repairs from his account, then suddenly he appears pretending he wanted to resolve it. However he backed out claiming I bought the vehicle "as is" and begged the credit card co. to return the money he stole. As it turns out the "as is" forms are fraudulent and now The Federal Trade Commission is going to file charges on my behalf and hopefully fine him once I complete the paperwork. My credit card co. offered me $1,000 which I intend to decline if it means they'll return the $1,200 they withdrew from him. Because doing so would allow a scam artist to make money, while allowing me to be paid by my credit card co. Which amounts to welfare for me, and a successful rip off for him. He lives at 6041 Applecrest dr. Youngstown, Ohio 44512 has several slum rental homes, and has been known as a slum landlord who abuses the less fortunate citizens of our society. This is a crusade that I intend to never let go until this scam artist crook is out of the business of stealing from the less fortunate people of this society! I encourage others to write his home & business expressing outrage at deliberately selling defective vehicles and making no effort to do what legitimate businesses do when alerted a major oil leak is discovered 30min. after a sale... Any decent merchant would immediately ask you to return the vehicle, make any necessary repairs himself, paid for by him, and return the vehicle in working condition...
