I was contacted by this agency asking me if I wanted to reduce or consolidate my student loans. they had a ll my information about my loans. The first woman that called me said she lived in the south maybe Georgia but i refused for a year and a half. i heard that there were forgiveness programs out there helping you eliminate your student loans, but you needed to get into the program and follow the directions. When I was ready to start extra payments I did call back a year and a half later. I kept the number and i then spoke to a Larry Fadet, I was told that it was a fedral funded program set up to assist those with student loans. Mr.Fadet walked me thru the process of setting up an automatic withdrawal. I was told I had to pay 3 payments of 189 and then pay 30 dollars afterwards for 13 months and my loan would be forgiven, the process took three weeks. They said once I was approved I could start my payments. So i did in March 2015. I got paperwork in the mail but only one letter. I contatced Mr. Fadet he assured me everything was ok. I got letters from my other lenders also, a month later Mr. Fadet said that was because they were contacted that Affordable Life Plan was taking over the account. No other correspondence from them or Affordable life. Until June I got a letter saying my loan was being paid. No other letter, no other contact. No other payment being taken. I thought it was all worked out I just had not recieve the ending paperwork.

last week I was trying to prepare to buy a house and they asked that i show my loans were not in default. I started calling and sending emails and for three days I have had no response. When I looked thru my email, i relaize I haven't had any contact since since maybe June.
