The company failed to deliver the flowers I ordered. When I called to report the problem no one would help me. They answered the phone and left me on hold for 45 minuets. When I called back they were rude and just hung up on me repeatedly. When I called their headquarters they told me they were too busy to handle my problem at the time and they would call back. They never called back. They never refunded my credit card and they never delivered the flowers. I waisted allot of money. The saled associates who answered the phone were rude and condesending. I later found out they have an unsatisfactory record with the Better Bussiness Bureau and the same thing has happened to many people.
