I had a mini van towed to their location for transmission work. I was initially quoted at $900 for a rebuilt transmission with labor, but was later quoted at $1200 due to the vehicle having overdrive. I agreed to the $1200 and was told that they would begin the work and would be finished in three days.

On the fourth day I contacted them to check the status and they had not begun the work at all. I gave them three more days before I called again, and was told that they had just started and it would be finished in two days. On the date given, I called twice before speaking to someone who could give me the ticket price. I was then told that the work was completed and the ticket amount was $1900. Apparently, they "added" services that were not needed without my knowledge or authorization. Troy told me that if I didn't like the amount, he hoped that I had a lot of money to take him to court. Needless to say, we will be spending time in court!
