I fail to see where you were ripped off.    You totalled up how much you spent on Aflac.  It's INSURANCE, not a bank account.  

How much did you spend on car insurance in the past 10 years?  Did you get any of THAT back?  

You say Aflac is shady and deceptive, but fail to proof it.    Also, you can call them and ask for clainms assistance, also for the number of an agent or MANAGER close to you.   And your tooth injuries, you can still put a claimj in on them.

It is not Aflac's fault that Kaiser took 30 days to produce an itemized bill.    We went through the same thing with a hospital here; my husband had to wait 2 weeks for them to finally send a bill to Blue Cross, but once they did, we got a copy and Aflac paid quickly.

Also, the 24 hour rule about hospital stays is printed right in your policy; and I don't know where you got the idea that you have to have General Anesthesia to get paid.  That is simply NOT TRUE.

You just sound like someone who's had a run of bad health and you're in a foul mood. Don't blame Aflac.  You had plenty of chances to read your policy, or NOT renew it and you didn't.  NO one held a gun to your head.   That's what being an adult is about; taking resonsibilty for their actions.   Aflac paid you according to what was written in the contract that you SHOULD HAVE READ.   Anyone who shells out money and doens't read their contract is just a fool.
