The co sent me a letter stating they were collecting for Verizon 535.33 from a landline account in 1997. I was in prison from 1995 through 1998 so it couldn't be me. They told me that I had to complete a dispute form and it is very time consuming and it asks for all of my personal info.which I don't want to provide.
