I was on facebook when this free trial box popped up in my screen. It said i could try this product for free and all i had to do was pay shipping which cost $4.99. There was no agreement page or anything in fine print indicating i would be continuously charged.

I recieved my product on friday evening and i noticed that on saturday my card had been charged $78.00. i called sunday morning ask spoke with an associate who told me i could not get a refund because its my fault i made an agreement that i was not aware about. i assured him that the website did not state continuous charges.

he then called me a liar and i told him i took a screen shot of the web page and i would be glad to send it to him. he then told me no because he knew what the website said and i was not telling the truth. i then asked for his manager.

when i got his manager, he told me i would not be getting a refund. i told him that they were scam artist and they should not be allowed to have let alone run a company if they are going to mislead the public. he then told me he would do me a favor because i was going to get charged again and remove my card. i then told him that if he did charge me another dime i would sue him for fraud and identity theft.

i was promised 35% refund and i still have not gotten my refund even after i cancelled. where is my refund?
