This is what Afton Ridge Apartments did to us. They lie about amenities. They are sarcastic. They build shoddy leaky apartments with mold. When you move they lie by accusing you of damaging the apartment. Knowing that they are lying they will never sue you because they know they will lose so they will just send their fictional charges to a collection agency for collection. The collection agency knowing that they have no case against you will simply send your account to Transunion for seven years. If you move to Afton Ridge in ConcordNC get ready to kiss Ms T’s keester to avoid a hassle. And reviews like this, of coarse Ms T and her management will just deny them all and say it’s the perfect place to live. It’s like they say come into my web said the spider to the fly. Do not move to Afton Ridge.
