Abel Garza operates as a GC under the license of an actual GC Butch of Butches Construction Inc of Lake Worth Fl.
Virtually all of the work done by Mr Garza on this condos property over a two year period has since been redone by competent GC's. All of which, unbeknownst to each other, commented on the level of incompetence demonstrated on each repair done by Garza!
One of numerous examples of this occurred when Garza needed an electrician to move an electrical panel to access the wall behind it. The subcontractor he selected charged us $7000.00. We have had to redo the wall (as well as several others) since and the electricians hired by our current GCs charged $500.00 for the same job.
After a lightning strike Garza was hired to do the rebuild. We paid 50% more than he originally quoted and work was halted for long periods as he strong armed us for more money.
Needless to say, Garza is no longer welcome on our property. The management company that recommended him has also been fired!!

The Trails is lying about this company ( AG Services ) they never had to have any of the work Ag Services did redone , if they did they would half to pull permits to have the work redone , AG Service completed all the work and all the worked passed all the city of Royal Palm Beach inpections , if they had work redone I think the City of Royal Palm Beach needs to see this lie that someone on the board posted and look into them not pulling the porper permits on there property .As for them paying Mr. Garza in Full that is a lie they did not pay in full and they took over a year to pay there bill they keep saying the had no money .The work was done before it was promised to be done becasue the home owners needed to be back in there homes . As stated in the bogus post on rip off of the incompeteance by Mr. Garza the City would not have passed the work this was a huge project and the work was done according to the city of Royal Palm Beach codes . We did call the city to see if there were any complaints reguarding this job that happend many years ago and they said they have no compalints and the job passed every single inpection .. We did find out the Trails was trying to get Mr. Garza to pay for a bill that had nothign to do with Mr. Garza and they we upset they had to pay a homeowner bill because it was the Trails responsibility to fix so the Trials got upset and posted this about Ag service , also the Manangemnet company Quick they were not fired . So to sum this up someone went on the internet and posted lies about a company that has no bad comments at all and they take wonderful care of there custmers . It is a shame that someone keeps calling the company to pay to get this only bad comment of the internet . No one ahould half to pay to get lie off the internet and people should be real careful about lying becasue in the end you look like the fool . We have all the bills and all the pictures of the work that was done and all the permits that passed with flying colors . I am just shocked at how much this person has lied
