Against the Wind Ranch Sarah Chaney Non delivery of beef McDowell Virginia

Ordered a side of beef from Against the Wind Ranch in late May or June.  Paid a $675 deposit.  Last contact with Sarah Chaney was on 9 July when she asked for the cut sheet that described how I wanted the side of beef butchered.  No response to phone calls or e-mail since then.

I purchased a side of beef from this ranch last year and the quality was good although the weight was a good bit less than expected.  I should have heeded the warning signs last year - numerous promises to either send money or additional beef to make up the shortfall with no follow through.

When I contacted Sarah this year, she remembered me and offered a reduced price to compensate for last year's shortfall.  Looks like the shortfall will be even bigger this year.
