I applied for somw jobs as a carer on gumtree and this Rip off comoany approach me first of all tgey didnt state they was a recruitment agency they juat had thw gift of thw gab and made out they had jobs suitable for what im loojing for ... went into all my history at work and really did make me feel like id be earning so much more mobey a hour it alk sounded to good to be true and guess what it so was.

He then went through all my certificates with me and then picked up in the fact oh I see u just dont have a cpr certificate in order for u to gwt the job u would need this .... when my manual handling certificate was discuased I said iif I wa to go into a home I would kove a bit more exoierence with the use of hoists in the work place and stated I had only juat re sat my manual handling certificate this may just 3 months ago .... but what did good old ben do ... put me through to someone who then booked me on a course for 255 pound. And the training course was to take place 3 days later.

On receiving my receiptit stated u could not gwt your mobey bk unless u gave 3 working days notice and even then thwy would charge a c handling fee ... vwry smart arent they as I rang and booked on tuea and course was fri ... in the mean time I searched them on the internwt and found alk these rip of scams ....

So anyway the fri came and I went for thetraining I found ben wade and told him I feel cheated and I want my mibey back for the manual handking as I already hold thw certificate and I feel he took advantage of me he then tried to suggeat that my certificate wouldnt be as vakid or as good for the jobs he was outting me through for which I tokd him was ridiculous. I also told him in the training room they dont evwn have any equipment to pracrise on so thw course was pathetic and a joke it was all spoken training.

He then said he woukd get bk to me regarding a refund on the manualhandling ....

Now guess what a month later and still no rwfund huat him avoiding all my calls and also no interview at all for all these so call jobs they have .what a joke company absolutely are rip off mwrchanta pretwnding u need all these cwrtifcates for jobs they dont even have Stay ckear of this pathetic place im so angry
