This is a Notice of Warning To the Public. To Banks, Mortgage Lenders and Potential New Hire Candidates alike about either doing business with, or working for Agility 360.

Several of the Executives of this fledgling company, located at 2828 E Trinity Mills Rd #315, Carrollton, TX 75006, were previous executives at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors. Wingspan Portfolio Advisors filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (This is a FACT) and many of their creditors and backers, more than likely, were never paid. The company closed down and within months of the company closing down these men had banded together to start a 'new venture' called Agility 360 to service mortgage loans. If they were such 'experts' why did their previous company go out of business? Why did they end up losing massive contracts and why were they embroiled in controversy due to mismanagement and negligence? Ask yourself do you really want to partner with these men when there are 'Ethical' and 'Honest' Companies out there to choose from? Performing the exact same service?

These men were Executives at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, tasked withhelping to steer the company into profitability while Wingspan Portfolio Advisors had massive layoffs and due to the way they did business, from consumer reports (online for all to research) they ended up losing several major company contracts which caused their bankruptcy. The executives in my humble opinion are attempting to pass off their 'expertise' and attract new business but they were PART OF THE REASON THEIR FORMER EMPLOYER FILED BANKRUPTCY AND WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. 

Wingspan Portfolio Advisors, in my estimation, was filled with Nepotism and Favoritism and they are not the experts, in my opinion, that they pass themselves off to be. If they were experts, their previous company woudl not have imploded. DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY before entrusting your accounts with them. DO YOUR RESEARCH. READ THE NEWS REPORTS!

I feel obligated to warn the public. 

The Company CEO is Cesar Hernandez. It's Executives are Justin Belter, Jason Dickard, and Raj Sharma. Review how these men have done business in the past and ask yourself is it worth the RISK? To your company? To be embroiled in the potential LAWSUITS that will come from doing business with men who have an established track record of FAILURE and CONTROVERSY? Is it worth the RISK to you?

By partnering with these men, you could be endangering everything you've worked so hard to accomplish. The 'smooth talk' and 'fancy website' and 'over the top' language won't hide their past.
