My mother who was 92 years old when she passed away used Aging Solutions, Inc. to manage and pay her bills and to keep her finances in order. She was referred to them by her Attorney John T. Hranek who owns Hranek & Associates law firm in Sun City, CA.

Aging Solutions started handling my mothers bills and then within 60 days of them starting they quit paying her bills. They charged her between $1,500 to $2,500 per month for their services. We found out they got copies of her bank records and scanned them into their computer for years that were way before they ever took over. They knew she had some money and that she was diagnosed with Dementia and they took advantage of her.

Since she was not living with us at that time we had no way to help stop the abuse the the complete ripoff scam they are pulling.

There were only a couple bills that actually got paid, Aging Solutions bills and the Attorneys bills (Hranek & Associates). She owns several properties and the mortgages got delinquent, her home insurance was canceled for non payment, her medical insurance Blue Cross was canceled for non payment.

Her credit FICO score was close to 800 when Aging Solutions took over. Since her bills did not get paid when she passed away it was in the high 500.

After we finally found out about the ripoff going on we spoke to my mother and told her she really needed to cancel Aging Solutions, Inc which she did. She passed away shortly after sending them written notices of canceling their services. Now that she has been gone for 5 months we just received a demand for payment from a different attorney representing Aging Solutions wanting $6,500. These were services they claimed they did after she passed away.

They have in their position jewelry which they refuse to return. First they said they gave the Jewelry to my mother. When confronted they admitted they did not give it to my mother. Now they refuse to talk about it and want us to deal with their new attorney. They also refuse to give us a complete accounting so we can get my moms affairs closed including reporting to the IRS which has now sent us a notice to answer.

One thing my mother had said prior to passing away was that she found out that one of John Hranek's brothers worked for Aging Solutions, Inc. which is a conflict of interest. John T. Hranek almost lost his Attorneys license because of a conflict of interest.

This is clearly an injustice and Aging Solutions, Inc. must be stopped before they rip off any other unsuspected elderly people and their families.
