Roberto and Benjamin Aguilera ran a tax preparation business and they also sold fake CPA letters to mortgage brokers. They got a slap on the wrist for punishment and are not in jail for their crimes while the mortgage brokers involved have been punished with 3 years in prison and 3 years probation for purchasing these letters in order to fund and close loans in the 2000's. These fake CPA letters were generated by these people for the mortgage brokers because the banks that sold the loans asked for these fake CPA letters to improve the borrowers' chances of receiving an ARM loan to complete the purchase of their homes. THE BANKS RECOMMENDED ROBERTO AND BENJAMIN AGUILERA to mortgage brokers for the purchase of fake CPA letters to close hundreds of loans involved.

All of those involved in the Aguilera brothers' business from the mortgage brokers to the borrowers were among the casualties of the foreclosure crisis of the late 2000's and early 2010's. The government wanted someone to blame for the crisis so they arrested the Aguilera brothers and all of the mortgage brokers and the Aguilera brothers were given a slap on the wrist for punishment by the government in court while all of the mortgage brokers involved were tried, convicted and sentenced by the government in court to 3 years in prison and 3 years probation for the purchase of these letters in order to fund and close loans in the 2000's. All of the banks that sold and funded these loans got off scott free when they were bailed out in 2008. ONLY THE BANKS AND THE AGUILERA BROTHERS ARE CORRUPT.
