Ahatix.com Club Area 51, Ahatix Company refuses to honor promised refund for cancelled event; Refuse to respond to multiple emails; No other contact information given Salt Lake City Utah

Purchased advance tickets to a show in February at Area 51 which was cancelled. Area 51 stated that the show would be rescheduled for May (which it was not, and very little was communicated as to if or when the actual reschedule would occur), and that the purchased tickets could be saved and used for the reschedule. After waiting a reasonable period of time for the rescheduled show to be announced, I requested a refund for the tickets via the website. Two emails to Ahatix went unanswered. I then contacted Club Area 51 via Facebook and finally was able to get in touch with an employee, who assured me that I would be contacted regarding a refund shortly. I never received a response, and sent two additional emails requesting a refund and only received immediate automated responses which were never addressed. It is not acceptable for this company to take my money, fail to provide services I paid for, and then not only refuse to refund my money but also blatantly disregard my multiple attempts at communication with them. It is theft, plain and simple, and I hope no one else has to lose another dime to this shady company.
