AIC Motor Club (Allstate) AIC charged my credit card without authorization Internet

I am a member of Allstate Motor Club, in which I pay semi-annually for their roadside assistance service. My last payment I made online which was very convenient. When the next billing circle started Aug 2015, they took it upon themselves to change my account to pay in full and charged my card using the card that I paid my last payment with. I did not authorize them to use my card for future payments and I certainly didnt agree to changing from semi-annual to annual charge accounting.

I called the customer service and the representative evaded my questions. He said that I will get a letter in the mail of the payment. When I said it was not authorized he said I understand but it is due this month. I asked why I was taken of the billing circle of semi annual and he started talking to others in the call center having another conversation. He said I can remove your card but would not remove the charge.

This is not ethical business practices, if they made changes to their service I should have been notified and certainly they should not use a customers card without permission.
