Aida Perez Doing Business As TesorI Rari And Tranquility Alley, Accepted $156.97 payment for bamboo curtain via PayPal, goods never received Elmhurst Illinois

I paid for a double wide bamboo curtain last year and it was delivered in a timely manner. I thought it would be ok doing business with a company I had used before.


I paid for the item April 17, 2008 via PayPal and never received it. I contacted the seller, and they responded, saying that it was a special order, and they would check on the status and get back to me. I never heard back after several attempts to contact them via phone and email.

I filed a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center. They were unable to retrieve payment, as the bank account they had transferred the $$ to had been closed. I sent another email, with these details in it, requesting a refund, and received a response from Aida stating a refund check had been post to me.

THat was the friday before memorial day weekend. I have never received a check, only messages saying "it was sent" have a great day etc. I have left several messages, offering the opportunity for redemption, but have never received a call.

I think I might do a post card mailing to all her neighbors in the building, and also to the Elmhurst City Hall (which is located directly across the street) advertising her the fraud and cheat that she is.

I see there are other posting here naming her, so I am not alone.
