AIG Promotions Charged me for a wed site, affilate also charged me for promo, call blasting twice. Phoenix Arizona

I was sold this merchant/affiliate business at a start up cost of $350, this got me a boguess wed site and no other information about the business; after talking to some guy from bankcard empire I was put through to a lady who confirmed my credit card #/code. The lady said she was recording the convirsation and also asked me to agree that the money was nonrefundable.
The lady also told me I would recieve my bussiness package within 1-2wks. I was told I would have a coach and that person would contact me within aweek. A man did contact me from AIG promotions all he want was more money for a ad champain this was another $300 for ( call blasting ) he said it was .50 a call. Recently the man was nolonger with the company when I brought him up. I have as of last week authorize AIG promotions another $350 I try to tell them I wanted to cut my losses but he talked my into the last ad champain, for call blasting and email blasting he more or less promised I would make money this time; I'm to check something called my back office which I can't seem to do. At this point I have not sent in any paperwork they wanted my to fill out; including something called a W7; I asked the guy about the W7 he said I diden't have to fill it out; that I could deal with my government. Hum . I feel I'm being ripedoff.
