order a engine for my van when it got here my friend pick it up ,then call me and stated that the engine was not the right one .he call the sale person and the sale person ack him te send him some picture so i went to take the picture myself and when i got there i was shock how bad it look.there was old oil builup alround the engine.noone tryed to clean it up so i started calling to state that it was the wrong engine and that i wanted to return it but for two days noone tryed to talk to me so i call back to talk to the sale person but he did not answer so i call the main office to ask to speak to talk to him i was told that he was out so i ask to speak to a manger i was put on hold then was told that he also was not able to talk to me so i ask if he would ask the manger to call me when he can he never did so i call back afew hour later and talk to the saleperson and i ask him if he got my message he stated no so i told him that i want to send the engine back to them and what could i do to get this done to get my money back> i was told that i would have to pay for it to be return then i told him that that was unfair and that i was going to call BBB then he stated that i can do whatever i wanted to do then hang up on me                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       LORETTA CREW EVANS
