Inverse AT&T password 2*** 8/1/2012
I made an appointment to have my AC serviced with the company that I have an warrant with which was established 1/26/2012. The first appointment was 7/26/2012. They were supposed to call me in 6 months to set up an appointment and never did so I called them. The appointment was from 2-7. They called me at 7:40 to come in 30 minutes. I told the tec that I was not waiting because he was too late. He said that he would have the General manager call me the next day, he did not so I called him 7/27/2012 at 10:00 am and complained about the crappy service. He said that they were busy but did not appligize. He said that I could make another appointment, so I did. This appointment was for 7/31/2012 from 2-6. No one ever showed up or called, so I called him the next day 8/1/2012 11:30 am and told him I was going to report him to the BBB which I did. Come to find out they had 116 complaints 96 within 2012 I said that I wanted a refund. He the put me onhold and some girl picked up the phone and said I could make another appointment, I informed her of their complaint history she said that they did not give refunds. She said do you want to make another appointment for which I did for 8/7/2012 from 2-6. I asked the for their address and she said that they do not give the address out, they use a PO box number. I paid $587.43 for 3 year contract and I told them if I had to I would take legal action. Now if they do not show up for the most recent appointment I Will contact you.
Called and canceled my appointment after I called the Department of business and found out that the company no longer had a license. Called the company and told the office manager that I found out that he had no license and that I found out that he had a very bad record with the BBB and Ripoff.com. H e denied and said that was not true. I asked for a refund and he said they do not give refunds and he hung up on me, I also called the Money mag. and complained to them and told them that they had no active license #CAC058056 since 6/28/2012 they said they would look into this and get back to me. The Money mag got back with me 8/8/12 and said that she was looking into this complaint, I talked to Donna 717-509-9257. This is the worst company that I have ever done business with .
I really need to get this information out to other people so that they do not get ripped off like I did.
