I decided to change my outgoing travel dates because of my on and off heart problems and when changing my outgoing travel dates
Airfrance had asked me to speak to their agent that sold me the ticket so I did and the airfrance agent had asked me to Speak with airfrance, because she said it wasn't airfrance sub divisions responsibility but airfrance.
They kept sending me back and forth.
And at last the agent said only the incoming flight dates was changeable.
And when I confronted airfrance they said both the incoming and outgoing is not changeable.
I feel airfrance and its agent had ripped me off , because they actually charged me for making changes to my flight and never specified that only the outgoing was changeable
which I had already used at the time.
I would say I am very disappointed by the service I received from talking to airfrance and its agent through the phone.
Airfrance person I spoke with was rude and nasty . She simply said no we can not help you and I hadly understood her frenglish. I tried explaining that because of my on and off sickness is the reason for my changing of travel dates. She simply said no.
I asked if she could come up with any suggestions on what to do
she replied no suggestions contact the subagent that sold you the ticket.
And I explained that the agent had charged me cancellation fees.
You can discuss that with the agent, she continued.
And I told her all i wanted to do was change my return dates. No she replied contact the agent you bought the ticket from. I can not help you. This is an agent of airfrance I replied her.
No we can not help you here, she continued. I was simply devastated.
In my view airfrance and its subagents are misleading and does ripoff.
A friend suggested I contact airfrance supervisor, when I call I would wait online for almost more than 30 mins. to speak to someone whom hardly speaks English and they keep transferring my calls form one person to another while they keep me waiting.
Well I am still trying.
Airfrance employees I have spoken with are so inconsiderate and rude
This is not my fault, airfrance and its sub division charged me for changing my flight
and they should be liable for the changes. I told the agent that it wasn't my fault and it was the fault of the previous agent who charged me and failed to honor my request. But the agent kept on repeating that there was nothing she could do. Airfrance and its agents obviously doesn't stand by their "Travel Guarantee." I am a completely dissatisfied customer and will NEVER use Air france and its sub agents again. Also note that I waited on phone line for more than 30min to 1 hour while they kept transferring my calls from one agent to another.
They simply got me stranded , not been able to change my ticket, and ripped me off my last travel money.
This is not fair at all.
