My husband andi was looking for pit bull puppies and came across an ad from a Julie Megan looking for good homes for her Blue PitBull pup that reminds her of her late husband. We were very interested because she was oly asking for the rehang fee of 200USD.

She said she was located in Marianas after the loss of her husband. We were just feeling sympathetic towards her and just wanted to help her out by taking the dogs off her hands. We were far from thinking it was a scam wit her saying she's from Marianas and were from Guam.

My husband thought it was too good to be true but he really wanted a puppy. And with her saying she was in Saipan thought she was genuine. She kept repeating that she's located in Saipan and we will oly pay 200USD. WE ASKED FOR HER NUMBER AFTER WE GAVE HER OURS. But she never gave it to us. I thought everything was going good and that it was all Legit.

I was going crazy trying to get the money so we could get the puppy once payment was made. The company called me right after she emailed me this along with their site with instructions on who to send the money to and wha the dog comes with.

The company worker sounded a bit off but I just thought it was his accent. He just told me to follow with the instructions on the email, told me to check my junk mail.

I should of known that there was something fishy going on when I tried to send the money the first time to the agency the clerk at western union checked if they are I the system and they found NOTHING! Thinking I got the info wrong. S I went back home emailed them that's was having problems with payment. So they called me and told me again to follow their instructions. Even with their phone calls there was no number it just said OUT OF AREA. It still didn't ring any bells. It seemed all legit to me, but all I was thinking about was to surprise my husband. Instead the surprise was all on me! Once I made payment I emailed them the MTCN.

Hi, has the agency contacted you again?have you done the payment already?do you know when the puppy will be delivered to?please inform me if all is fine. Regards

I even emailed her saying I hope this is not a scam! And she replied with this

If you think is a scam,if contact the agency to refund your money back to you.If you don't need the puppy,I will go back to the agency tomorrow and collect the puppy from the agency.

And then just this morning I received this from the company

Dear Client,

We wish to inform you that the sender of your puppy Julie Megan has warned us not to transport and deliver the puppy to you today.She said you both have a misunderstanding and she don't want you to have the puppy anymore.We tried to bring to her attention that we have processed all the delivery documents and activate the delivery ticket of the puppy with the delivery fee payment you made to us.But she insisted that we should not delivery the puppy to you.We are sorry to inform you that the delivery fee payment you made is not refundable as it has been used to process the delivery documents and the activation of the delivery ticket to the puppy.We will be keeping the puppy until the both of you come to a final agreement in regards the delivery of the puppy.We can not allow her to collect the puppy because the delivery documents now carry your names(Rowena Vasquez)as the new owner of the puppy.If the issue can not be resolve after 3 days,we will proceed to hand over the puppy to a pet abandonment shelter.
