AIRMAKERS Airmakers Heating & Air Manager Joel Key Took $600.00 of our money to fix our HVAC unit, Airmakers said it was fixed, they lied to us! No HEAT still! Raleigh North Carolina

Consumers need to beware of the HVAC Company AIRMAKERS in Raleigh, NC. They over charge you by 8-10 x what the actual product/service should be and they won't itemize anything for you on an invoice to see what youre paying either. This was per the manager Joel Key at Airmakers in Raleigh, NC. This manager is a smooth criminal and will take all your money and your problem will not be resolved.

Airmakers in Raleigh NC is who my husband and I hired to fix our HVAC unit Jan 2014. Our tech came out 1st time and investigated issue. He told us it was the control board and then it would be fixed. $600.00 later it still isn't fixed. We contacted Airmakers again to let them know our heat wasn't working. The manager JOEL KEY  sent another tech 2nd time out to look at the problem, he said it was nothing and charged us our maintenance visit that we bought per the contract to tell us it was nothing. 1 week later Jan 22, 2014, third visit the heat still isn't working, we called them back to complain that we had no heat. The manager Joel Key said " well we can come back out but it will cost you ". After the discussion of we have already paid your company to come out and fix the problem, the manager refused to help us but wanted to charge more money.

On Jan 30, 2014 Joel Key sent another tech out to look our HVAC unit. The tech comes back in and tells my husband that Airmakers can fix it for $436.00 plus discounted service call fee of $65. The tech was on the phone with the manager when the manager told him to NOT itemize the invoice that we could pay it or not, he didn't care. This manager has no morales and is dishonest. He knew that we had been ripped off but he didn't care, he wanted more money.

Now my husband and I have had to hire someone else because the manager Joel Key at Airmakers refused to help us, they ripped us off $600.00 later and now we have nothing to show for the work.

Before hiring Airmakers, think again and be real careful. The manager JOEL KEY that SCOTT LOUG has working for him is criminal. If you need further reviews to confirm my story, visit AIRMAKERS.COM and read the Google reviews. You won't be sorry you did.
