Airpark Consignment Unprofessional, Hostile Environment Dirty Not knowledgeable about pricing Scottsdale Arizona

Hostile environment/Owner Does NOT know how to price furniture! Do NOT send your consignment furniture to this store! The employees are very RUDE! The owner who pretends to be so sweet will stab you in the back in a heartbeat to suit her needs if you question the pricing she put on your furniture and what she sold it for. There are ugly 1950 grandmas chairs that she has $300 for and when we sent her beautiful furnishings for a million dollar home she has garage sale pricing on it. The pieces she had decent pricing on, she ultimately sold for a fraction of a price. I had a sectional that I paid $3500 for a few years ago. I told her I wanted $750 net for it. She priced it at $1500, then in a week she sold it for $700 and I got $350!!! REDICULOUS! This has happened many times at this store, She says she won’t take certain items, then a week later her store is full of these same items she said she wouldn’t take. FLAKE. Also the employees there are so ignorant and treat you like dirt. Especially the woman who takes in the furniture and places it in the store. She is a BIT--, thinks she owns the place! There is NO customer service in this store. The floors are FiLTHY and everything has dust on it. Has an awful smell to the place as well and is hot at Hell in there. I have tried this place a couple of times and the last time was the last straw when she gave away my furniture. There are so many better resale shops in Scottsdale that treat you kindly and are professional. NOT THIS STORE. I never write reviews, but this takes the cake. Turn Style gives you 60% commission on anything they sell over $250. Also they give you more money if you spend it in the store. Not this store. 50% no matter if you spend the commission in the store or not. No other store does that. Rip off for sure. All other consignment stores are Professional and Courteous and they know how to price furniture. Don’t waste your time with Airpark Consignment. You will get ripped off and treated badly for it as well.
