This company defrauded me into leaving my vehicle with them. After 10 days of me trying to settle with the insurance copmanies they informed me that I owed the close to $1,000 for storage.
If I would have know it cost almost 100 dollars per day to have my car stored there I would have never left my vehicle in their custody. I am a financial consultant so i know my math very well.
It has been a nightmare trying to get my vehicle back. The owner placed a title lein on my car to hold it there. I have made several calls to them, sent certified letters, and contacted the bureau of automotive repair. They have yet to repspond to any alligations and are unwilling to comment on it.
The owner Heru says this is normal business practice and everyone in the state of california should know you have to pay storage fees even if you are not informed.
This company is a fraud. If you have an auto body repairs needed my advice to you would be to take it to a dealer with a good reputation in servicing the community.

After resonable discussions Airport Collision has cut me adeal to release my vehicle considering the circumstances and I only had to pay for towing cost of 350
